Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, free of dog hair, and placed back in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
